Re-tendering a route
The re-tendering action is a manual process only. The Tender Rejected status.
action is available only to routes with aUse the Tendered status. The carrier receives an e-mail tender notification or a notification via EDI, depending on configuration.
action to tender one or more routes to the carrier on the route who last rejected the route or who was the final tender time-out after sequential tendering. The routes receive aFrom the Carrier Route list page, you can select to re-tender one route or multiple routes. From the Carrier Route detail page or from the Shipment Carrier Route page, you can re-tender the displayed route.
