Canceling a shipment created within TM

You can cancel a shipment order created within TM. Shipments originating in other systems, such as the Warehouse Management module, must be canceled in the originating system. Only Shipments in New status can be canceled.

To cancel a shipment order:

  1. Within the Enterprise level, select Transportation > Shipment. The Shipment list view displays.
  2. Select the check box next to the shipment order you want to cancel; click Actions > Cancel Shipment.
    OR
    Select the shipment order you want to cancel. The Shipment details screen displays. Click Actions > Cancel Shipment to cancel the shipment. The display shipment status is changed to Canceled.
