Understanding carrier route statuses

This information lists the available actions that you can perform for each carrier route status:

Status	Available actions
New	Select Carrier: This action sends the route to rating and routing, and if a rate contract/carrier is assigned, the route is placed into a Carrier Selected status. Further action must be taken from the resulting carrier route to tender it to the carrier. Tender Route: This action sends the route to rating and routing, and if a rate contract/carrier is assigned, the route is placed into a Tendered status. Cancel Route: This action results in a Canceled status.
Carrier Selected	Assign Carrier > Assign: This action results in a Carrier Selected status. Assign Carrier > Assign and Tender: This action results in a Tendered status. Select Carrier: This action sends the route to rating and routing, and if a rate contract/carrier is assigned, the route is placed into a Carrier Selected status. Further action must be taken from the resulting carrier route to tender it to the carrier. Tender Route: This action sends the route to rating and routing, and if a rate contract/carrier is assigned, the route is placed into a Tendered status. Cancel Route: This action results in a Canceled status. Assign (Alternate Carrier): This action results in a Carrier Selected status. Tendered	Cancel Tender: This action results in a Tender Canceled status. Cancel Route: This action results in a Canceled status. Alternate Carrier: View available alternate carriers from a ranked list complied during the rating and routing process.
Tender Accepted	Cancel Tender: This action results in a Tender Canceled status. Cancel Route: This action results in a Canceled status. Alternate Carrier: View available alternate carriers from a ranked list complied during the rating and routing process.
Tender Rejected	Assign Carrier > Assign: This action results in a Carrier Selected status. Assign Carrier > Assign and Tender: This action results in a Tendered status. Select Carrier: This action sends the route to rating and routing, and if a rate contract/carrier is assigned, the route is placed into a Carrier Selected status. Further action must be taken from the resulting carrier route to tender it to the carrier. Tender Route: This action sends the route to rating and routing, and if a rate contract/carrier is assigned, the route is placed into a Tendered status. Re-tender: This action results in a Tendered status. Cancel Route: This action results in a Canceled status. Assign (Alternate Carrier): This action results in a Carrier Selected status. No Rates Found	Assign Carrier > Assign: This action results in a Carrier Selected status. Assign Carrier > Assign and Tender: This action results in a Tendered status. Select Carrier: This action sends the route to rating and routing, and if a rate contract/carrier is assigned, the route is placed into a Tendered status. Tender Route: This action sends the route to rating and routing, and if a rate contract/carrier is assigned, the route is placed into a Tendered status. Cancel Route: This action results in a Canceled status.

Canceled Note: This status is available from the Carrier Route list and detail pages but not from the Shipment Carrier Route page.	Alternate Carriers: This is view only.
In Transit	This status is view only; no actions are available.
Delivered	This status is view only; no actions are available.
Note: When one or more shipments associated to a route is in a "Shipped" status within the WM Module, no further action can be taken on the Route.
