Working with the Carrier Route list page
As a carrier, use the Carrier Route list page to review current information for your assigned carrier routes and maintain tracking information for each route. From this page, you can accept and reject tendered routes, or you can select to view detailed information for each listed carrier route.
A route is no longer displayed in the list:
- After you reject the route
- When a shipper cancels a tender to you
- When you do not respond to the route before the response date and time
Column title | Description |
---|---|
Carrier Route Number | An identifier for the carrier route. |
First Stop City | The name of the city from which the route is to be sourced. |
First Stop State | The name of the state from which the route is to be sourced. |
Last Stop City | The city of the last stop associated with the route. |
Last Stop State | The state of the last stop associated with the route. |
Respond By | The date and time in your time zone when you
must respond to accept or reject the tendered route.
If a response is not received by this time, the route is considered to be rejected, the route is no longer displayed in your list of carrier routes, and you no longer have the opportunity to respond. |
Pickup Date | The estimated date and time for the pickup in your time zone for the First Stop Location. |
Delivery Date | The estimated date and time for the delivery in your time zone for the Last Stop Location. |
Status | The status of the route:

Tracking ID | One of the tracking numbers specified once you accepted the route or automatically assigned when tendered if you are configured with a PRO number definition for automatic PRO number assignment. You can update this number and add additional tracking numbers through the | action.
