Viewing equipment services
Use the Equipment Services tab to view information about equipment, other service requirements, and special instructions for the carrier about the shipment.
| Information | Description |
|---|---|
| Equipment Type | A description of the equipment type required for shipments assigned to the route, for example, trailer, flatbed, dry, reefer. |
| Equipment Length | Length requirements for the equipment type, for example, 45, 48, 53. |
| Equipment Attribute | Any special attribute description associated with the equipment, for example, reefer, tarps, heated, vented. |
| Special Instructions | Special instructions received from the shipper. |
| Routed Via | The airport, displayed as an airport code, that the cargo on the shipment passes through on the way to its destination |
| Port of Loading | The three-character ocean port code that describes the port where an ocean shipment originates. |
| Port of Discharge | The three-character ocean port code that describes the port where an ocean shipment is destined. |
| Mode | The transport mode of the carrier route, for example, Motor (TL), LTL, ocean, air, intermodal, parcel, rail. |
| Service Level | The service level assigned to the route, for example, expedited, next day air, ground, overnight. |
| Service Attributes | Service attributes assigned to the route, typically additional services that the carrier needs that result in a charge ion top of the initial line haul rate, for example, pickup or delivery appointment, extra labor, carrier unload. |
| Air Service Level | The level of service specified for an air shipment, for example, Airport to Airport, Airport to Door, Door to Door, Door to Airport. |
| Ocean Service Level | The level of service specified for an ocean shipment, for example, CFS - CFS, CFS - CY, CY - CFS, CY - CY. |
| Ocean Tariff | An indication of how ocean cargo is moving, for example, Port to Port, Port to Door, Door to Door, Door to Port. |
