Working with Distance data
In addition to using a third-party tool such as PC Miler and Rand McNally, you can upload distance data using the Reference Data Manager. You can upload distance data (either miles or kilometers) using a CSV distance data template.
You can download the Distance Data template from the Reference Data Manager Help page. The existing table is too large to download.
Specify a lane in Rate Query to see if the miles for a mileage pair already exist before you upload a new pair.

This table shows the columns in the downloaded distance data .csv template and provides the format of the data required:

EndPoint Type(1|6) | Specify 1 for zip code endpoint or 6 for City State endpoints. |
Post Code1 | Specify only when EndPoint Type value is 1.

Country1 | Specify to qualify zip code endpoint or City State endpoints; required. |
