Using the address book lookup

If you know the address book ID for the origin or destination location in your query, specify it in Address Book ID. When you click Get Rate or Service Requirements, the city, state, postal code, and country information is retrieved from the address book based on the ID you provided.

If you cannot recall the specific Address Book ID, click the Address Lookup link. Use this lookup feature to specify various fields such as company, city, state or province, and postal code, or you can select a country from the list to search your address book. After you specify your information, click Search to return all address IDs that match the criteria you specified.

To populate the address fields on the Quick Rate page, select the address you are looking for and click Submit. If you do not find the address ID you require in the returned list of addresses, click Cancel to close the window and return to Quick Rate.
