ASN status types
The following are status types for ASN and ASN detail lines.
- New
A new ASN and ASN detail has been added to the application via an interface or from the workstation.
- In Transit
An item has been shipped and updated only by the application, or an item has transferred from another warehouse using inter-facility transfer.
- Scheduled
A receiving appointment has been created.
- In Receiving
Quantity received is greater than zero and less than the quantity expected.
- Received
Quantity received is greater than or equal to the quantity expected.
- Closed
A document has been manually or automatically closed.
- Verified Closed
A document has been permanently closed.
- Cancelled
A document has been cancelled and updated by the application only.
- ASN status is set to In Receiving if at least one line has a quantity received greater than zero.
- ASN status is set to Receipt Complete if the sum of the quantity received is greater than the quantity expected summed by SKU.
