Scanning the new case ID

To accept, press Enter twice. The screen updates with the new case ID.

Application-generated case ID

  1. To have the application generate the case ID, tab through the CSID and DROP fields without entering a value.

    The application requests the Printer ID.
  2. Specify the Printer ID, and then press Enter twice.

  3. Specify the printer ID. Upon confirming the printer ID, the application assigns the new case ID.

Viewing updates

To view the update on the Picks tab in the Shipment Order screen:

  1. Select Outbound > Shipment Order.
  2. Specify the shipment order number in the appropriate column and then click Search.
  3. To open the order in Detail view, click the shipment order then click the Pick Detail tab.
    Note:  Pick details can also be viewed from the Wave screen.
